Cats, dogs and ferrets must have EU pet passport for border crossing, which include both an owner's data and details about health of the animal including vaccination against rabies. Pet passport can be issued only to those animals, which have a microchip.

As the passport is valid for the whole lifetime of the animal, You have to pay attention to its execution. Unlike other veterinary institutions, The Center for Veterinary Medicine makes pet passport using a special equipment.

Rules

1. General terms and conditionals

1.1 General terms and conditions shall be valid between the buyer of Europe pet passport (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and Kuldbis Veterinaaria OÜ, Reg.nr. 14431011 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), to establish the procedure and rules for sale and purchase, and also for solving the issues and problems related to legal obligations of both parties.

1.2 Terms and conditions do not disagree with the basic requirements and standards of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. In the absence of adequate information in the General Conditions,  they are complemented and operated, based on the rule of law.

1.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and the price list of products and/or services.

1.4 The seller and the customer wishes to make the sale through online store www.kuldbis.eu/pass based on the General Conditions set out in this document. Making payment store www.kuldbis.eu/pass the customer confirms that he is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions and he/she agrees with them.

2. Applying for a European Union pet passport

2.1 The customer who wish apply for a European Union pet passport should fill in all required entry fields according to the rules of filling in fields for registration of a European passport for animals.

Field Name You need to enter NAME in capital letters in Latin, as written in passport
Field Surname You need to enter SURNAME in capital letters in Latin, as written in passport
Field Address You need to enter ADDRESS in capital letters in Latin, as well as specify house name - flat number
Field Postcode You need to enter POSTCODE
Field City You need to enter CITY in capital letters in Latin
Field Country You need to enter COUNTRY in capital letters in Latin
Field Phone number You need to enter a valid PHONE NUMBER
Field Foto of document (Add foto) You need to add a foto of an identity document of a pet owner (JPG, JPEG)
Field Add an owner Pressing this button You have an opportunity to add one more pet owner.  Maximum number of added owners is 4 (four).
Field Pet nickname You need to enter NICKNAME in capital letters in Latin, as written in a document (in old passport or pedigree)
Field Species of animal   You need to choose from drop down list (a dog, a cat etc.)
Field Breed of animal You need to enter BREED of ANIMAL in capital letters in Latin, as written in a document (in old passport or pedigree)
Field Sex of animal You need to choose from drop down list (a male, a female etc.)
Field Dat of birth   You need to enter a date of birth of an animal
Field Color of animal You need to enter COLOR of animal in capital letters in Latin, as written in a document (in old passport or pedigree) or the actual color of the animal
Field Number of Micrichip You have to enter a Number of Micrichip (15 figures).
Field Date of implantation You have to enter a date of implantation of Micrichip
Field Place of implantation You need to enter COLOR of animal in capital letters in Latin, as written in a document (in passport)
Field Foto of Micrichip You need to add a foto of document with a number of an implanted microchip.

3. Service prices and payment.

3.1 The cost of issuing one European animal passport is 35 euros.

3.2 Payment methods:

  • Via Bank Direct Payment - Bank link (payment through internet banking with instant confirmation to the Seller)
  • Via credit card

It is recommended to use for payment a direct Banklink transfer (pangalink) for maximum effectiveness. The seller instantly receives a  confirmation about payment and it greatly accelerated the speed of order processing.

All prices include VAT 20%.

4. Terms and delivery

4.1 European Union Pet Passport is issued only at Kuldbis Veterinary Centre

4.2 At Passport issuing presence of the pet is mandatory

4.3 Upon arrival from a non-EU country, the pet animal must be accompanied with a certificate complying with the example in Annex IV part 1 to the Commission implementing regulation (EU) 577/2013 (see also the explanatory notes at the end of the certificate example). The certificate must state details about the owner and the animal, number of the transponder  or tattoo and rabies vaccination date, used vaccine and validity of the vaccination.

Note: The certificate is issued or verified by an official veterinary inspector, filled with capital letters in English language and the language of the Member State of entry and remains valid for 10 day as of the date of issuance. In case of maritime transportation, the validity of the certificate is extended by the length of the journey.

The certificate must be accompanied by the declaration of non-commercial movement signed by the owner of the animal or by a person authorised by the owner.

Upon re-entry of animals of EU origin from non-EU countries, the required accompanying document is the EU pet passport. Source

5. Warranty, procedure of the claims

5.1 The seller gives a 14 (fourteen) day guarantee for services and/or goods.

5.2 The client has the right to submit the claims to the Seller within 14 days of its receipt

5.3 The seller is not responsible for:

  • The shortcomings, which have arisen as a result of incorrect filling in an applying for pet passport, were found out in European pet passport   
  • Deterioration or damage to European pet passport caused by the fault of the Client
  • Deterioration or damage to European pet passport caused by the fault of the courier who delivers the goods.

6.Responsibility and Force Majeure

6.1 In the event of breach of any clause of the General Terms and Conditions, the seller shall be liable to the Customer, proceeding from the cases and in the amount established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

6.2 In the event of breach of any clause of the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall be liable to the seller, proceeding from the cases and in the amount established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

6.3 The parties shall be relieved from responsibility for full or partial failure to fulfill obligations undertaken in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions if this failure has been the result of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, disease outbreaks, explosions, fires, and other emergency situations if these circumstances have directly affected the fulfillment of General Terms and Conditions.

6.4 The seller shall not compensate for moral damage which may be inflicted in the result of any changes in the terms of delivery, prices and other terms and conditions within the frames of the present General Terms and Conditions in the opinion of the Customer.

6.5 The seller shall not compensate to the Customer for possible expenses if the Customer has undertaken any obligations to the third parties.

6.6 The seller shall not compensate to the Customer for any openings that remained unused in the result of the changes in the terms of delivery, prices, and other terms and conditions.

7. The safety and protection of personal data of the Customer

7.1 The seller can use the personal data of the Customer only for fulfilling the order. The seller shall not disclose any personal data of the Customer to the third parties, except for the cases established by law.

7.2 The connection between the bank and the buyer shall be protected by the SSL protocol which guarantees that unauthorized persons cannot get access or change the transmitted data.

7.3 The seller reserves the right to notify the Customer of new products, services, and favourable offers.

7.4 The Client has the right to refuse from getting mailing.

8. Other terms and conditionals

8.1 All questions that are not regulated by the General Terms and Conditions shall be regulated in accordance with the valid legislation of the Republic of Estonia with the consideration of initial intentions of the seller and the customer.

8.2 All disputes and disagreements arising in the process of fulfillment of the General Terms and Conditions are subject to be resolved by means of negotiations between the parties. If it is impossible to reach agreement by means of striking a compromise, each of the parties has the right to defend its own rights according to the procedure established by the valid legislation of the Republic of Estonia (by turning to the Consumer Protection Bureau or to the court).
